Early Career Explorer Package

The Early Career Explorer package is targeted at: school leavers, interns, recent university graduates and those early in their careers (1-5 years).  Our clients find that the package helps them to explore their career options, the type of work environment they thrive in, and generally whether they are on the “right track”.

As part of the Early Career Explorer Package you will receive:

• Access to an exclusive AI driven career quiz from our partners at Would You Rather Be. This uses comparative judgement, gamification and AI to help you discover what’s most important to you from a career.  It then refines these ideas into hyper-personalised suggestions in a Career Report.  This is exclusive to partners of Would You Rather Be.
• A 90-minute career exploration session with an accredited* career coach. Our clients find that this helps to explore their career options, the type of environment they thrive in, and generally whether they are on the right track.
• Following your Early Career Explorer Package, you can get an additional** 10% off the regular price of a package of 6 career coaching sessions.

*All our coaches are accredited by the CDI, ICF, AoC or the EMCC

The WYRB quiz is far more than your standard career quiz.  It’s an Artificial Intelligence platform that uses gamified comparative judgement to answer 100 ‘would you rather be’ questions to identify and suggest your personalised careers based on your interests, qualifications and skills.  

It links this information to the UK Labour market information and on completion you will receive a hyper-personalised career pathway report.

Once you have purchased the Early Career Explorer Package you will be introduced to your personal career coach who will set out the process to complete the career quiz.  The quiz itself takes no more than 30 minutes. On completion, your personal Career Report will be sent to you via email and your coach will be in touch with dates of your career coaching session usually over the following 10 days.

The package cost is £275 and is payable prior to starting the quiz.  Following your Early Career Explorer Package, you can get an additional** 10% off the regular price of a package of 6 career coaching sessions.  This is perfect to continue your career journey.

Once you have completed the quiz, you will receive a separate email from the Would You Rather Be team which includes a PDF of your personalised Career Report and a link to access more detail on proposed career pathways based on your quiz responses. 

Your personalised Career Report (example attached) will include:

• Your top 5 career interests e.g. caring for people or fixing things
• Your top most transferable skills e.g. interacting with others or managing data
• Based on 1 and 2, it also includes your top career suggestions e.g. clinical psychologist, doctor

For each career suggestion there are embedded career pathways which illustrate how long, how much it would take for you to enter into that profession (e.g. training requirements) and indicative starting salaries in the UK.
