The Careers Company was founded in 2021 by Meena Anand, a former FTSE 100 HR Director, to rethink how career development works—especially for diverse employees who often face greater barriers, limited networks, and fewer opportunities. Frustrated by seeing talent overlooked or opting out, Meena brought together a team of trusted experts to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. Today, our core team and wide network of associates work to ensure everyone has access to meaningful, equitable career growth.
