Over a career spanning almost three decades Hima has dedicated her time to helping organisations and leaders be the best they can be.With her experience as a management consultant, ICF-accredited executive coach and practice leader at global firms including Deloitte, Hay Group and Heidrick & Struggles, she brings a depth of expertise in leadership assessment and development, DEI and culture change. She has extensive international experience having set up new business areas in Asia and the Middle East and working with leaders and organisations across the world.
Hima is passionate about building capability and accelerating transformation of individuals, organisations and nations through learning and development.
