Who would most benefits from TCC bitesize?

TCC Bitesize is aimed at specific targeted groups at similar career stages e.g. those being made redundant coupled with outplacement support, those unemployed, close to retirement, moving to middle management or transitioning from executive to the non-executive stage.  We typically work with groups of c.20 at a time.

Most workshops can be customised to a particular career stage, career transition etc. or indeed to the circumstances of your organisation e.g. the impact of AI.  However, we generally ensure coverage of the following areas – world of work, skills assessment, career planning, brand building and ongoing career management.

Yes, we regular deliver remotely, in-person or indeed a mixture of both.

The costs vary from in-person workshops to those online but indicatively our prices range from 5,000 for each module and c.15,000 for a group of 5.
